Abu is a seasoned ICT Professional and proven effective leader, customer focus and result oriented. Had been working in various capacities with 40 years of progressive and successful experience in ICT management, project delivery, operations and client support services in both Shell and Petronas. Key strengths in service management, people and organizational management and driving change for process and cost optimization.
Besides working environment, Abu also has passions for golf and mountain trekking.
